i ate a personal pan pizza and some breadsticks on tuesday and wendsday and been having diarrhea, stomach pains and my lips were burning, but these symptoms are clearing up but i am still mad i spent any money here and got sick from it, i will never eat pizza hut ever again in this state  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

We ate hot wings, pepperoni & jalapeno, and pepperoni, bacon, onion and canadian bacon pizza. We ate Thursday Oct. 26th. The symptoms started the following morning.
Its the only thing my family ate that was the same and we all have the same symptoms.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Ordered a high rise built your own. Issues started about 4 hours after I ate the pizza. The symptoms started with an instance stomach pain followed by diarrhea and vomiting. Still experiencing stomach cramps and soreness.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Soreness

Asked them to reheat my pizza as it didn’t look fresh and baked properly and they said no, ate the pizza with no hesitation and after I got home it all started with the stomach aches, next thing I know I’m up all night with severe cramps… See more

I had two slices of pizza from Giant Slice at the state fair of Texas at 8pm. I woke up at 430 am vomiting and diarrhea at the same time. Stomach pains/cramps, chills.
