I had a you pick two... half Fuji apple chicken salad / half turkey cranberry flatbread at 2pm. By 5pm I was having stomach cramps.. 6:30pm I was having dhiarrhea... had blood in stool. Vomiting and diarrhea all night long bed ridden from 6pm - 10am

Went to this location for lunch and had a Cobb salad. About thirty minutes later I became very sick. Started with being nauseated, then I got a headache.
