Anniversary dinner on 12/14/16 around 8:30PM - Had Coconut Shrimp, Steak, House Salad & Chocolate Thunder. Both of us sick by 5:00 AM. Vomited thick dark oily sludge. Have been in bathroom practically for 4/5 hours. Very sad.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

I had outback steakhouse last night with my boyfriend and his mom we all had different plates I had a 8oz center sirloin steak med. With that I had a cease salad without dressing and outback fries. I ate here on December 12, 2016. That afternoon I started feeling ill. By that evening I was vomiting, had diarrhea, chills, sweating, etc. It was awful.
