On 8/28/ 2021 around 9 pm two separate people ate a "chicken pita sandwich " there and ended up throwing up /vomiting within 3 hours. Vendor needs to be tested/inspected asap.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

Panini sandwich with tomatoes from here  3 hours later after grab and go sandwich with chai latte Frappuccino (coconut milk). My tummy was sharpened pain/nausea/gassy.
