Purchased A Beef and cheddar sandwich ,with fries
Within less than A hour of eating started having sever cramping,nausea headache. Diarrhea. Then I started vomiting .
There was some relief after I vomited. But the cramping did not ease up..

I ordered a classic chicken sandwich and ate it just fine. But it wasn’t digesting after hours and my stomach was rumbling constantly. We purchased ONE McRib sandwich on 12/11/2020 around 3PM, drive through. My husband and I split it. We nibbled at it for the next couple of hours. Around 4AM we both had terrible stomach cramps and diarrhea for 3 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
