I bought pizza with extra cheese, Italian sausage and pepperoni. After the second slice, maybe 30 mins in my tummy starting hurting. I got really hot then cold. I vomited, felt better for like 10 minutes then I started having diarrhea. This all happened within a 2 hour time span.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

My son ND I bought glazed donuts and sausage kolaches Wednesday morning. By that afyernoon, we both had nausea and vomiting, followed by severe diarrhea, fever and chills. By Friday, I had to be hospitalized for the weekend, given fluids and massive doses of antibiotics. I'm still extremely week.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills

Ate Sausage Egg mcmuffin 1/25/16 in the morning at mcdonalds inside walmart in Bend OR. By the afternoon lower intestines felt like a rock in there and up all night.. a real nightmare.. now on day 2 very weak, can't work and slow to get better. I ordered two hasbrowns, a sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin and medium mocha ice coffee. Roughly 2 hours later my stomach begins to have cramps for hours and eventually vomited. Still today I have nausea, slight cramps and uneasy in my stomach.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
