I purchased the Thai roti with curry and Thai yellow curry frozen meal after work on 3/12/25 around 5:24pm. I prepared it and ate the meal around 6:30pm. This was the only meal I had all day. A few hours later around 9pm I started having diarrhea and nausea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
