Had chicken burrito at around 630. Later on that night. Around 330 am. Woke up w extreme pain on left side. Tryd to use bathroom. Broke out in to dripping sweats. As hours progressd. Went to my stomach. ..worse pain ive ever been through. ..could not sleep or keep any thing down for at lea  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Had a burrito bowl with brown rice, black beans, mild salsa, corn salsa, sourcream, cheese.

The morning after I was vomiting and had diarrhea. The Diarrhea continued for 2 days, every hour or so. I missed 2 days of work because of it.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
