Selects and fries meal.
Was colder than usual so I just left the rest and stopped eating
Left work early the next day due to feeling too sick
Loss of appetite
Vomited once
Have diarrhoea
Fever (sweating forehead)
Nausea on many occasions
Largely confused  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Loss of Appetite
