I ate at Arby's South Locust street, Grand Island Ne around 1:30pm on 5/3/16. I had the new bourbon and steak sandwich. It made my stomach upset. I vomited at home about 2 hours later at home.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Turkey bourbon bacon sandwich for me and turkey gyro for my husband. Ate at 5 pm to 6pm
I was extreme vomiting, fever, chills, extreme diarrhea starting at 8 pm until around 11 pm. Nothing let in my body at that point.

Ate two roast beef sandwiches 10:30pm. 1 hour later felt sick, barely made it home. Laid down 12:00am. 4am the vomiting started, by 8 am vomiting and diahrea. Could eat again at about 6pm the following day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
