I got a flat bread pizza at Bjs and it was undercooked which I didn’t notice till I got to the middle of the pizza and I felt sick in 45 minutes and threw up and had diarrhea all night. I was very sick  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
