I had the bang bang shrimp for the appetizer and the cod imperial for the meal for dinner. It’s 117am now and I’ve been throwing it up. I haven’t talked to my friend yet who also ate there with me. I won’t go here again.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Husband had bang bang shrimp and I had ahi tuna. He started to feel sick immediately and began vomiting when we got home. I started to get sick soon after and ended up at the hospital due to the pain and dehydration levels.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration

shrimp risotto with broccoli  Lunch- my brother had a steak and broccoli and took 2 of my shrimp. Got sick 20 minutes later. I ate 4 shrimp and took the rest home. Warmed up my shrimp and broccoli and 20 minutes later my stomach started feeling funny, cramping and nauseousness, sweating

I ate the crab cake and 7oz sirloin steak, mashed potatoes and spinach. I had extreme stomach cramps (felt like stabbing pains). I had diarrhea, nausea, and a headache for more than 36 hours. The cramps were the worst of it!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other, Cramps, Headache
