Thursday, October 27, 2016 ate cheese whopper and small onion fries around 5:30 pm. Friday at 6:00 am vomiting, diarrhea, chills, fever, headache. Could not get out of bed except to visit the bathroom. Today is Sunday, October 30th still feeling sick in stomach and headache.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Chills

Just got the whopper with cheese. I didn't eat the tomatoes. But I did eat the onion, lettuce and the cheese was not melted. It was sloppy, but I didn't know it was going to give me exploding diarrhea. It was the only thing I ate that day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
