At about 8PM, ate a greens and grains bowl with just about all of their toppings. Meat choices were half chicken half lamb meatball. Meatballs were bright pink throughout the entire meatball.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I got a bowl with super greens white rice hummus harissa taziki chicken and veggies with siracha sauce.I had not eaten anything else at all today. Two hours later I got nausea vomiting diarrhea and severe cramps. It is now 10 hrs later and still have some cramps soreness and cannot eat.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Soreness
