I ate salmon, rice, broccoli and baby carrots, I ate alone at approximately 6:30 pm. Within 1.5 hours I started to feel bloated, nauseous after about 3 hours. Started projectile vomiting at 4 hours, lasted about 6 hours. Diarrhea at 6 hours. Chills, dizziness. Symptoms gone in 10 hrs  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Chills, Bloating

I have eaten here many times w/ no issues. I had the fried chicken and mashed potatoes and a Sam Adams Winter Lager. Bloated up and in about 8 hours- almost continuous diarrhea- the worst I can ever recall.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Bloating
