Ordered the Korean BBQ bowl, I have had it many times. This occurred on 12/4. Food tasted off so did not finish the food and threw away the rest. Within 5-6 hours I had an onset of vomiting and diarrhea lasting 24 hours  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache

Last night Pizza Hut I never get sick from greasy foods, so I believe this was food poisoning, my fiancé only ate the chicken and pineapple pizza and cheese sticks and was fine. 2nd occurrence, thought it was a fluke the 1st time. Everyone who had the meatballs with gravy is now ill, persistent vomiting and diarrhoea. Those who didn't have gravy are fine. Took about 12 hours for nausea to kick in, about 24 for the vomiting etc  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
