Yesterday Grilled chicken sandwich and fries Husband had the above for lunch yesterday around 3pm. Became violently ill by evening. Hadn’t eaten anything else that day so this was definitively the cause  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

My daughter and her friend have been vomiting and diarrhea last night and today. From eating chicken nuggets. There other friend didn't have chicken nuggets and he did not get sick. My daughter was student teaching and had to run to the school nurse this morning and had projectile vomiting .  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Both kids that ate the chicken nuggets have severe vomiting and diarrhea. Food was ordered the evening of 12/8/25. Other family members who had different meals have no illness.
