I bought some chicken nuggets kids meal for two kids and 3 chicken strips meal with a cookies and cream milk shake around 3pm today 11/20/2024 and started experiencing diarrhea and vomitting around 9pm and my kids developed the same symptoms around 10pm  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

My husband and I had the spicy deluxe sandwiches for dinner and 3 hours later we have been taking turns running to the bathroom to vomit. When I ate Chik Fila I ate their chicken nuggets. I was rushed to the hospital by ambulance I felt like I was literally dying! I was out of it for several days.
