Chili’s, 3 of the 4 of us got stomach pains and diarrhea within 1 hour after eating. Actually it occurred on our way home from the restaurant. The only items we all had was chips, salsa and sour cream and strawberry lemonade  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

Ate the california turkey club sandwich on 3/14/19, within one hour was suffering severe abdominal pain followed by violent vomiting, fever, nausea and the next day severe diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
