Monday, May 20, 11:50 a.m.: they served me a double-chicken bowl with brown rice, pinto beans, cream cheese, grated cheese, corn and salsa. Three hours later I regurgitated dramatically; could keep no food or water down for 24 hours. Several days of diarrhea followed.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

I ordered a burrito bowl with steak and chicken, tomato salsa, corn, sour cream and queso. About 7 hours after eating I started feeling nauseous and then vomited it all up. This was the only thing I ate so I know it was from this.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
