I ate a chicken burrito: white rice, black beans, chicken, pico, hot sauce, sour cream, guac, and lettuce. 6hrs later, I had very bad stomach cramping with very watery diarrhea following. The diarrhea subsided within 24hours but at 48hrs still have some stomach cramping.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

Salad bowl: lettuce, chicken, steak, cheese, sour cream, spicy salsa. Yesterday at 6pm. 18 hours later diarrhea. 3 hours after that more diarrhea. Volcano poop because of spice.
