Ate around 11am on Dec 27th.. steak bowl.. stomach cramps since... diarrhea started 2 hrs later... and all through the night. Vomiting this morning..

Went to chipotle at 9 45 pm 15 minutes before they closed ordered a bowl with chicken brown rice black beans corn sour cream lettuce and cheese. A couple hours later i could feel my stomach getting weird. Went to bed woke up around 5 am throwing up and had diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
