I had a chicken bowl with white & brown rice, black beans, chicken, mild and medium salsa, corn, cheese, and lettuce. Chips and hot salsa on the side. Didn't get hit until 5 hours after eating it and it all came up and out the back end. Extremely painful.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

We work at a doctor's office. We ordered food from chipotle. Within an hour of eating, 80% of the employees that had the food experienced intense abdominal pain, nausea, aggressive vomiting, fever/chills.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain

Ate only one meal yesterday. It was a Chipotle bowl with chorizo, sour cream and guacamole. Felt indigestion immediately afterwards. That built into bloating and pressure in the abdomen which I tried to manage wit antacids. Was vomiting 7 hours later.
