I ate a steak burrito today around 3pm. Brown rice, veggies, pinto beans, mild and medium salsa, cheese and lettuce.
I felt slightly I'll with diarrhea around 6. I have thrown up a ton and continued to have diarrhea , but has hit its peak (I hope it doesn't get worse) around 10pm  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

Every time I order the same thing and the same result. Diarrhea for the whole next day. I will no longer eat at chipotle. Another member of my household did not eat there and their health was just fine the following day  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
