Ate circa 4pm Saturday July 8. Fever nausea body eye and head ache all day Sunday. Diarrhea and belching Sunday night to all day Monday. Went to urgent care on Monday. NP diagnosed me with viral gastroenteritis. Diarrhea and belching half day on Tuesday. Reported for work Wednesday.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Gas, Burping

6/21/17 at 7:45pm: Ate at Chipotle
6/22/17 at 1am: Violent vomiting and stomach pain until 8am. Significant Nausea, dizziness and dehydration until 5pm. Diminished appetite until 6/26/17
