Ordered a chicken bowl here on Wednesday, April 5th. On that same night I started feeling nauseous and later the diarrhea kicked in. I still almost 2 days later I still have the symptoms.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Ate at chipotle Tuesday (4/5/2017) for lunch started feeling sick that evening. Fever, pain, etc. Went to ER 4/6 where after blood work and CT I was diagnosed with infectious colitis and placed on multiple antibiotics, pain medicine, etc.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate at 6 pm 4/6/2017. Bought a steak burrito and a carnitas burrito. My son ate the steak burrito and was fine. I ate the carnitas burrito and got very sick. Was up all night with fever, nausea, and vomiting.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Ordered a veggie burrito with black beans, brown rice, lettuce, avocado, and of course veggies. So it's the veggies and not the meat getting to me!
