It's possible to get food poisoning from grocery stores food and products. The most commonly reported symptoms of H-E-B food poisoning are nausea and diarrhea. Recently H-E-B was forced to remove romaine lettuce off the shelves because of a multistate E. coli scare.

Ate a bowl at lunch and had pretty severe bloating and gas pains 30 min later. Now about 6 hours later I’m stuck in the bathroom with it coming out both ends and awful stomach cramps..
