Ordered a grilled chicken salad (no onions) and a side of onion rings with ranch, and 8-9 hours after eating began vomiting. All carrots from the salad were visible🤢Now I am scared to have chicken salad anywhere again.

I got extremely sick on 9/4/21. At 5:45 pm, I ate a grilled chicken salad from here. By 8:00 pm that night, my stomach was painfully bloated and then I vomited repeatedly around 16 times and had diarrhea. Fortunately, I was better by the next morning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Bloating

At Aug 1th. I got original char burger with cheese from there and couple of hours after I had a serious food poisoning, diarrhea and vomiting. It took 6,8 hours to feel better after medication.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
