On the 8 of April I stopped at the AM PM to get gas and I bought a Jumbo jack meal and 3 hrs later I was sick to my stomach with cramps and diarrhea,later,vomit and fever ended up in the hospital with salmonella  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Gas

Bought around 8pm didnt start vomiting and diarrhea till 11pm couldnt sleep was vomiting throughout the night about 8 different times and also had diarrhea about 8 different times as well long horrible night tried to drink water but vomited evertime i did  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I was traveling through town so I'm not sure what the street was. I ate there fairly late in the evening and a few hours later had chronic diarrhea and headaches fever vomiting for 5 days, I was by myself and symptoms started about 6 or 7 hours after I ate  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Fever, Diarrhea, Headache
