from that moment that i got something from here the night before. That was the only thing I ate that day. Since Sunday morning, i would have cycles of extreme uncontrollable shivering which leads to horrid headaches, fevers, tachycardia, and muscle soreness. These cycles in the beginning happened every two hours. I ended up vomiting Sunday night, Wednesday morning, and Thursday morning; this is where i figured out it was the Mac and cheeses with the broccoli cheddar soup. As the cycles continued i tried to drink as much as possible but I feel like I'm treading against a current because every time i drink 1 L i swear for hours, my mouth gets dry from the shivering, or my fingernails become light blue. It's almost Friday, i don't have these cycles as often, but when the come they come with a vengeance . Throughout this week o haven been unable to help out my clinic where i work in as a RN.
