We purchased Lipton kosher soup secrets noodle soup mix from Target in West Boca Raton. Within 6 hours my son was in pain and vomiting. We believe it may be contaminated. It was not expired.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I drank a lot of lemon tea on easter, woke up in the middle of the night and drank some. I woke up sick and vomiting. The only other foods I ate were cauliflower, tortilla chips, green beans, saltines, and ice coffee  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Other
