I had the sirloin steak, baked potato, salad and couple of starters, mushrooms, shrimp. Before we left I got violently ill. Seemed to be ok for couple hours then vomiting, diahrea, cramps and fever for the next 10 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

I ordered salmon. I ate it and about one hour later I had diarrhea. Then I started to vomit and am still vomiting two hours later. I didn’t eat anything else besides this meal.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I had the New York Strip steak, a sweet potato with butter and cinnamon, a house salad with honey mustard dressing, some bread with butter, and water.
