I ordered the blue wedge salad and french onion soup. About an hour after returning home, I've started receiving terrible stomach pains. I had the sirloin steak, baked potato, salad and couple of starters, mushrooms, shrimp. Before we left I got violently ill. Seemed to be ok for couple hours then vomiting, diahrea, cramps and fever for the next 10 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
