McDonald’s chicken sandwich, I got an artisan grilled chicken sandwich with fries and a sprite around 10pm. By 2 am I had diarrhea. Which still continues now. I also vomited 3 times around 5:30am. I still have nausea and chills.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea, Chills

I got two cheeseburgers, fries, and diet coke around 2 am. Everything tasted rather stale. Around 9 am, I woke up with diarrhea and vomiting that lasted about six hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
