That happened yesterday. I took a 280, the taste seemed slightly different, I thought it had changed something in the sauce, or something else. I finished the sandwich anyway.
2 hours later, the first symptoms appeared. Nausea, stomachache, dizziness, ending with vomiting.

Yesterday I ate a chicken McFirst with potatoes and Lipton Green Ice Tea.
No way to fall asleep -> vomiting all night, diarrhea in addition.. hot flashes, cramps, fever... in short the total  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps

I ordered a sausage egg and cheese bagel at around 7:30am & by 11am I came down with the worst stomach cramps and diarrhea. Took me all day and night to finally throw up. It’s 3am now and I’m still running to the bathroom. Ugh, never again  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
