On 7/5/18 I had soup and salad around 4 pm. I had the chicken with dumpling soup and got sick on Friday 7/6/18 at around noon. Very bad nausea and vomiting and headaches for 4 days. Still cannot eat anything. Couldnt even stomach water.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
