I fully cooked the fish fillets and a couple hours after I ate them I threw them up. I have not had this product for over a year and specifically remember last time they made me sick as well and I found a bunch of black stuff in the bottom of the bag.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Ordered the veggie pizza and about 3 hrs after up all night diarrhea non stop felt like I was going vomit as well stomach pain and cramps and fever + chills literally a nightmare. On 7/19 we visited the Matunuck Oyster Bar in RI. We ordered several items such as oysters, a boiled lobster, steamed clams, and fish and chips. I am the only one who eat the clams. I got very sick a few hours after- everyone else is ok so far.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

Ate brunch buffet at Ozark Mill and had intense vomiting 10 hours later. AC was broken in restaurant and food serving room was very hot...leading me to believe they may have turned off or been cycling the food warmers to try to cut down on heat.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
