I ordered a regular and a king sized combination sub with roast beef and corn beef and hours after eating it I had diarrhea and vomited all night. My daughter later experienced diarrhea from her sub intake. The restaurant has the condiments prepared and sitting out on sub bread for hours at a time  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
