It was boughten in Salinas Ca or Santa Cruz Ca. Foxy Romaine lettuce  My daughter had a salad yesterday and also got diarrhea so I believe it was the lettuce. Yesterday and today, I bought your Foxy lettuce and had it yesterday and today and got diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

This afternoon, after eating potstickers at a restaurant in Chicago, I’m assuming something in the food, because this kind of thing has never happened to me I ate 6 potstickers and a little pad Thai and then about 10-15 minutes later I was hot, bloated and extremely nauseous   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating
