I was the only one who ate it had it delivered to my house. I had Mongolian beef, fried rice, chocolate cake yesterday evening. Now today I've had diarrhea 5 times in an hour.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I had the chicken lettuce wrap about 7 PM on 11/27/19. Got sick the very next morning. One week later and it's still happening!! I've lost 7 lbs and I'm living on Gatorade right now  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
