Ate chop suey and broccoli beef, steamed rice and watermelon drink. Within 2 hours of meal sulphur burps, gas, diarrhea stomach tenderness progressed to fever, chills. Now in the ER.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Gas

Today Almost certain it's from Panda Express in Spectrum/ Irvine branch in California It was the Chow main that we both ate. Both me and my daughter are having symptoms, much more severe for my 5 yo daughter with fever of 38.8.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
