I ate what I always get the white rice & the orange chicken. Felt full as usual then went to bed.woke up this morning with terrible diarrhea and vomiting.. my stomach is in lots of pain and I am not happy  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I tried Panda Express for lunch on Dec 8, 2016. I had orange chicken, beef broccoli, fried rice, and a spring roll. I've been sick every since, I will never eat there again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I'm On the day of 12/11/2016 around 5 ish. I made an order at Panda Express the Millennia location next to Krispy Kreme. I order the Orange Chicken some fried rice and Thai noodles and some cream cheesE ragoon. Ate it around 630 ish Fell sick around… See more

Ate honey walnut shrimp with noodles in a bowl for late lunch. From. 11:30pm to 1:30pm i was vomiting every 15 minutes then once every hour till 10 am along with severe diareaha. Had a fever and headache. Was able to drink water then Powerade and day 3 i can finally eat some soup.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache
