My wife ordered the French Onion soup and 3 hours later she was violently vomiting. She had severe stomach pain and cramping. 24 hours later, she still feels awful and now has a mild fever. The vomiting has turned into diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps

My wife and I ate the autumn soup about 4:00 pm. Each of us had different sandwiches. We both did not feel the best a few hours after eating it, I ate a bowl of it and got very sick by 10:00 pm. My wife ate a cup of the soup and got. Very sick by 3:00 am.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

We ordered from Panera last night and received our food via DoorDash by 6pm or so and ate. My daughter who is 4 years old ate the broccoli cheddar soup. Within 3-4 hours she began to vomit. She has had vomiting and diarrhea non stop every hour throughout the night; lasting perhaps 10-12 hours total.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills

I ate out at Panera yesterday around 11am. After eating, maybe thirty minutes I started getting really bad cramps and diarrhea. it went away until I woke up the next morning, and I am currently throwing up and having fever with chills. Breakfast egg sandwich the morning of Nov 20th. Husband got symptom's within 6 hour's of eating. Two weeks of diarrhea, fever, stomach pain, cramps. He is now on two antibiotics. Stool sample test showed Salmonella!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills
