Had cheese pizza for dinner, four hours later stomach startled gargling and had diarrhea. Another individual in my house had been in the bathroom a long time when I went to use it, so he probably also is sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Called Management to report issue so no one else will get sick. Garlic Sauce may have been expired.

All three of my kids was sick & went to Well Key Urgent Care at Sevierville, TN -  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ordered a thin crust buffalo chicken pizza and cheese bread sticks around 5:30. Got it at 6ish.. felt fine until I was about to leave work at around 1:17a. I’ve had everything above and currently still feeling horrible at 3am. Never. Ever. Again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Ordered a medium hawaiian and a medium pepperoni, onion, bell pepper, jalopeno. Ate around 7. I only had the latter and threw up around 2am followed by diarrhea. My wife only had the former and threw up around 6am followed by diarrhea. Our last meal preceding the pizza was at 2pm.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
