We ordered an extra large pepperoni pizza, garlic knots, and brownies. Symptoms started showing a few hours after consumption. Starting with nausea then vomiting and finally diarrhea. We ordered 2 large pizzas and two orders of wings fro
Papa Johns on Hull Street rd in Midlothian VA. My wife and I became very ill that evening and into the next day. My kida did not eat the wings and were not ill, they did eat the pizza with out incident.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
