Picked up a carry out cheese pizza yesterday evening and woke up in the middle of the night vomitting with diarrhea. We ordered an extra large pepperoni pizza, garlic knots, and brownies. Symptoms started showing a few hours after consumption. Starting with nausea then vomiting and finally diarrhea.
