I got a chicken teriyaki with onions, no mushrooms. I also got fries, lemonade, and a cookie. I ate it about four hours ago and haven’t had anything else sense. I am now having stomach cramps and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

The sandwich I received I went there ordered a 5 inch steak with ham and fries I got home took one bite of sandwich and ate all the fries 5 min later litteritaly threw up and had diarrhea at same time the people cooking had nasty attitude… See more

I went to this location today around 11. I ordered a 6 inch veggie sub. Approximately 2 hours after eating from here, I started vomiting followed with diarrhea. Have been sick now for about 5 hours and seems to be calming down.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
