I went to grab some lunch and the sever had a severe eye infection that looked like pink eye. After eating I instantly became sick and haven’t stopped vomiting since I ate !!!!!!!, I luckily was the only one who ate there but my symptoms started within an hour of eating  | Symptoms: Vomiting

a friend and I went to qdoba Monday night and Tuesday morning we woke up with all the symptoms listed and are still having them, Two people got sick, we are on day two of being sick. It was about 8 hours after the food we got sick  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea

On 4/16/2019 lunchtime, ate a burrito bowl with white rice, black beans, pinto beans, pico, lettuce, cheese, guacamole and sour cream. Had a Coke to drink. Chills and diarrhea started around 6 pm. Still have diarrhea on the 4/21. Will go to doctor tomorrow.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Chills

I had a Taco Salad on Thursday, April 18th 2019. Immediately after three or so bites I began to feel bloated. My dad and I got the same thing, except I got sour cream on mine. I ended up having food poisoning from the sour cream, and I know this because my dad was fine and this was the only thing I ate before I got sick. Food tasted fine but I can't recommend it.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
