I purchased cooked Shrimp afrer getting them home and eating I kept smelling ammonian , I stiopped , 2 hours later sever Stomach Pain , Tremors , blurred Vision,, My Throat close my tongue swollen tremors more frequent , could not feel my legs and vision blurry EMS Transport me to ER  | Symptoms: Other, Stomach Pain, Blurry vision

Purchased packaged lettuce, cilantro and mint from shop rite, other purchased items we're grilled chicken, person affected was the only one to eat the lettuce and herbs, One person ingested items and within 1.5-2 hrs was vomiting and had diahhrea all evening till this afternoon.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

I purchased Atlantic Farm Salmon Filet. I ate for dinner last night around 4:00 am I woke sick to my stomach and had diarrhea, nausea and vomiting.
