A Turkey breast sandwich and meatball natchos were ordered from here. The two people who ate the natchos were projectile vomiting for 8-9 hours. The food was eaten at around 2.30 and the sickness hit both people exactly the same time 6 hours later.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
