Was about to get on flight got sandwich with baconhamlettuce and provolone cheese at about 730 pm ate quickly finished in about 10 minutes. After getting home at 12 am about 5 hours later proceeded to have chills before throwing up at 2 am and 5 am accompanied by diarrhea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills

At 8pm I ate a sandwich that had turkey salami and spinach on it along with a couple other vegetables. At approximately 10pm my stomach started to cramp and I then threw up for about 2 hours. The spinach is primarily what came up. Definitely not going back to Subway for a long time.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

I ate a sweet chicken teriyaki sandwich for dinner and a few hours later I woke up and had to vomit numerous times. I have never felt worse in my life I vomited at least 10 times during the next day and also had to cancel my Holiday flight  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
