Yesterday My friend and I both ordered a the spicy Italian sub. I had a wrap and he had the bread. About 45 mins later I had diarrhea and horrible stomach cramps and fever. I’m still experiencing the same pain today. I can barely keep anything down today. He also got diarrhea and stomach pains.  | Symptoms: Fever, Diarrhea, Cramps, Stomach Pain

I got the steak sandwich with lettuce and I’m pretty sure the steak wasn’t fully cooked. I’ve been throwing up and nauseous since I ate it at lunch, it’s already 8 p.m.. I will never eat Subway again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
